Because of my love for math, I enjoy teaching individuals of all ages. In addition, I have taught ACT test preparation when working for College Finance and Planning.

My love of children has also led me to work with young women in the sport of gymnastics.

I am aware that there will be some changes in the math requirements for high school that will be enacted in the 2011-2012 school year and have spoken to the math teachers at Woodford County. To ensure my math students are prepared for these changes I will spend more time on these subjects.

Currently I’m a stay-at-home dad, homeschooling my 14-year-old son.

While I specialize in teaching math and statistics to both children and adults, I have experience tutoring in other areas such as high school science, language arts, Japanese, and preparation for standardized tests like the ACT and SAT.

I prefer to tutor in or near my home near the U of MN.
