Tutor Description

A magna cum laude graduate of Mount Union College, I am credentialed teacher with 10 years of teaching and tutoring experience.

My tutoring specialty is math--4th, 5th, and 6th grade, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and intermediate algebra.  

I also have experience in a variety of subjects with students in every grade from pre-K through high school seniors, including reading, writing, biology, and PSAT and SAT prep. 

A speaker of Japanese, I have also taught English in Japan and tutored English as a Foreign Language. 

One-on-one tutoring can make a big difference for students, either those who struggle or want to improve.  I truly enjoy my job as a tutor!
